The method comprises the steps as follows: cyanamide black residues pass through a plate-frame filter so that the moisture of the cyanamide black residues is 30% or lower, and uniform pelletizing is performed after repeated compacting operation on the cyanamide black residues to obtain a cyanamide black residue pellet-like product; the cyanamide black residue pellet-like product is conveyed to a high-temperature calcinatory for calcination at high temperature for 2-4 h; and finally, after white lime is cooled, dust prevention treatment is carried out to obtain the white lime.
