The ring rolling device comprises a base, a core shaft mechanism vertically and rotationally arranged on the base,a ring rolling assembly slidably arranged on one side of the core shaft mechanism in the horizontal direction, and a ring clamping assembly slidably arranged on the other side of the core shaft mechanism in the horizontal direction. The core shaft mechanism comprises a mounting base slidably arranged on the base in the plummet direction, and a ring rolling core shaft rotationally arranged on the mounting base. A driving motor for driving the ring rolling core shaft to rotate is arranged on the mounting base, and the ring rolling core shaft comprises a cylindrical first core shaft section located on the lower portion, and a second core shaft section connected to the upper portion of the first core shaft section.
