The apparatus comprises a storage tank, a power device and an adsorption module, the input end of the adsorption module is communicated with the bottom of the storage tank through a pipeline, the output end of the adsorption module is communicated with the storage tank through a pipeline, the input end or the output end of the adsorption module is also connected with the power device in series, the power device can drive a liquid inthe storage tank to flow through the adsorption module and then return into the storage tank, the adsorption module is an adsorption column filled with an adsorbent, and the adsorbent can reversiblyadsorb phenolic substances in water.
