Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an antibacterial agent and a preparation method thereof. The main antibacterial effective component of garlicin, namely a diallyl sulfide type composition is extracted, then the diallyl sulfide type composition is oxidized to improve water solubility to obtain modified garlicin, and then the modified garlicin and polyhexamethyleneguanidine (PHMG) are subjected to co-blending and modification. Water is used as a solvent, through various addition agents of a compatibilizer, a surfactant and the like, the modified garlicin and the polyhexamethyleneguanidine achieve good mutual dissolving and coblending effects, through synergistic reactions, high-efficiency durable antibacterial effects can be achieved, and the antibacterial agent is suitable for various bacteria and fungi.
