Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for improving photoelectric conversion efficiency of a half solar cell module. The method comprises the steps of cutting a half cell piece with laser, performing annealing, and introducing oxygen into a furnace during the annealing process. An annealing process is performed on the cell piece after laser cutting, meanwhile, the oxygen is introduced to an oxidizing furnace during the annealing process so that chemical reaction is generated at a laser cutting damage position to generate a silicon oxide passivation film, carrier recombination caused by damage of the cell piece at a laser cutting position is eliminated, and the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the half cell piece is improved.
本发明公开了一种提高半片太阳能电池组件光电转换效率的方法,包括将经激光切割成半片的电池片进行退火处理,在退火的过程的同时向炉内通入氧气。本发明通过对激光切割后的电池片采用退火工艺处理,同时在退火的过程中向氧化炉内通入氧气使激光切割损伤位置发生化学反应生成二氧化硅钝化膜,从而消除激光切割处由于电池片损伤导致的载流子复合,从而提升半片电池片的光电转换效率。 |
