Memory rewriting positioning method and device

The invention discloses a memory rewriting positioning method and device. The method comprises the following steps: receiving a memory access request carrying a first memory address and sent by a first thread of an application program; determining whether the access permission of a first memory space taking the first memory address as a starting address in a page table of the application program is permission-free or not, wherein the access permission of the released part of monitored memory space in the page table is permission-free; if it is determined that the access authority of the firstmemory space in the page table is unauthorized, determining that the first memory space is rewritten; and sending a CPU exception notification carrying the execution position of the application program and the function call relationship table. According to the scheme, automatic positioning memory rewriting can be realized, manpower resources can be saved compared with the prior art, and the positioning efficiency is impro
