Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a PC wallboard rapid lifting device with a counterweight. The PC wallboard rapid lifting device is structurally characterized in that an I-steel beam and a counterweight steelbeam are welded to the two ends of balance main steel beams correspondingly, steel lifting lugs I are symmetrically welded to the two sides of the middle part above the balance main steel beams correspondingly, steel lifting lugs II are symmetrically welded to the two sides of the end part of the counterweight steel beam above the balance main steel beams, lifting holes are formed in the steel lifting lugs II, and a counterweight block is installed below the counterweight steel beam; and four steel wire ropes are correspondingly connected with the two steel lifting lugs I and the two steel lifting lugs II and then are gathered into a whole to be connected with an external automobile crane.
