Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a sprue structure for preventing turbulence of an optical silica gel condenser in vehicle lamp optics. The sprue structure is applied to an injection mold for injection moldingof the silica gel concentrator, a light-emergent face of the silica gel concentrator is arranged on the ground side of the injection mold, and a light-incident face of the silica gel concentrator is arranged on the sky side. The sprue structure is characterized in that the sprue structure comprises a sprue formed in the position, close to the ground side, of the side face of the injection mold. Inthis way, during gel injecting, sprinkling of the sprue can be avoided from bottom to top, because the viscosity of silica gel is very low, flowing of the silica gel is affected by the gravity duringinjection molding, and filling from bottom to top is more stable.
