According to the method, the processed initial rolled blank is sampled to detect decarburization, the original decarburization is removed, theoriginal decarburization layer residue is not found, a SCM435-M wire produced by the blank treated according to the method meets the 12.9 class fastener testing requirements, and a 55SiCrA-M wire meets the suspension spring fatigue life testing and reaches 55 million unbroken.
