The process of heat treatment comprises the steps that the mold core blank is continuously heated to enable the temperature to range from 980 DEG C to 1030 DEG C, then the mold core blank is cooled to enable the temperature to range from 420 DEG C to 450 DEG C through oil cooling or gas cooling, then the air cooling is conducted, and the air-cooled mold core blank is tempered so that the hardness of the mold core blank can range from 45HRC to 48HRC.
