The chemical formula of the magneto-optical material is Bi1-xSrxFe1-xTixO3, wherein x is equal to 0.2-0.5. The magneto-optical material belongs to a cubic crystal system, has a space group, can be prepared by adopting a radio frequency magnetron sputtering method, and has the advantages of simple process, short period, good reproducibility and the like.
