Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an adaptive control system and method for the output work of a turbine of an ocean temperature difference energy system. The adaptive control system is characterized by comprising temperature sensors and a signal collecting controller; the four temperature sensors are arranged at inlet and outlet positions of heat exchangers in a warm sea water loop and a cold sea water loop of the ocean temperature difference energy system and are used for measuring the temperature of the inlets and the temperature of the outlets of the heat exchangers in the warm sea water loop and the cold sea water loop; and the signal collecting controller is electrically connected with the four temperature sensors and is used for calculating the sea water flow speed needed for the turbine inthe ocean temperature difference energy system to reach stable output in real time according to the real-time measured inlet temperature and outlet temperature by adopting an adaptive algorithm, the flow speed of a sea water
