Bismuth nitrate pentahydrate, N, N-dimethylformamide, vanadyl acetylacetonate, polyvinylpyrrolidone, citric acid, glacial acetic acid and ethanol are taken as raw materials, and through steps of muffle furnace sintering, hydrogen plasma treatment and the like and by a high-voltage electrostatic forming technology, the prepared nano fibers consist of bismuth vanadate and amorphous bismuth, wherein the amorphous bismuth is supported on the bismuth vanadate; and the bismuth vanadate is about 95%-98% by mass, and the amorphous bismuth is 2%-5% by mass.
