The invention provides the flexible phase-change material. The phase-change material is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 20-90 parts of a phase-change functional material, 5-75 parts of a cross-linked thermoplastic elastomer, 5-75 parts of thermoplastic resin and 0-5 parts of a compatibilizer.
