Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for preparing length-controllable rod-shaped hydroxyapatite and belongs to the technical field of preparation of biomaterials. The method comprises the steps: dissolving a soluble calcium salt and soluble phosphate in a vessel separately with deionized water with stirring; then, adding a corresponding amount of ferric chloride hexahydrate into the calcium salt solution, wherein the weight of the ferric chloride hexahydrate is 0.01%-0.05% that of the soluble calcium salt; adding soluble carbonate, edetic acid and cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide into the phosphate solution; after dissolving, mixing the two kinds of solutions, transferring the mixture into a hydrothermal reactor, and adjusting a pH to 9 to 12; and carrying out a hydrothermal reaction for 16 to 36 hours at the temperature of 150 DEG C to 190 DEG C, then, carrying out aging for 1 to 4 days, carrying out withdrawing and washing, and carrying out freeze drying, thereby obtaining the length-controllable rod-shaped hy |
