Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a mode division multiplexing circuit based on artificial surface plasmon, which comprises two dielectric substrates. A middle layer metal ground is used as an interval, the dielectric constant and the thickness of an upper layer dielectric substrate are both greater than those of a lower layer dielectric substrate, and a circular through hole and a slot line are etched at the two ends of the middle layer metal ground. Metal stub lines are symmetrically connected to the two longitudinal sides of a top metal strip of the upper dielectric substrate to form a top artificialsurface plasmon structure, and transition structures from microstrip lines to the artificial surface plasmon structure are arranged at the two ends of the top metal strip to serve as even mode excitation ports. The bottom layer of the lower dielectric substrate is provided with metal strips, and the tail ends of the metal strips are connected with the circular metal sheets and located on the twosides to serve as odd-mode |
