The invention discloses a vibration displacement real-time measurement method based on a normal video camera. The method comprises the following steps: performing video recording for vibration displacement of a target measurement point through the normal video camera; performing analysis and calculation for the video recorded, and obtaining a real-time position of the target measurement point; measuring and calculating the vibration displacement of the target measurement point in real time, and by an own clock of the video, acquiring real-time dynamic images and vibration displacement time history records of the target measurement point.
