Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for producing low-carbon steel through rapid desulfurization by means of an LF furnace. The method comprises the following steps of S1, when refining is started in theLF furnace, carrying out weak stirring by using bottom-blowing argon, lowering an electrode for heating at the same time, and carrying out the next step when the temperature of molten steel reaches 1550-1650 DEG C; and S2, carrying out strong stirring by using bottom-blowing argon. Rapid desulfurization is carried out by employing a "weak-strong-weak-strong" stirring manner; carbon increase is avoided by adopting a "lowering the electrode for heating - lifting the electrode for desulfurization - lowering the electrode for heating - lifting the electrode for desulfurization" mode; and throughthe mode, components of original slag are not changed. Rapid desulfurization is realized by changing the stirring strength, the desulfurization kinetic condition and through the cooperation between stirring kinetics and desulf
