Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a fermentation system for simulating a colonic environment and a simulated fermentation method of the system and belongs to the fields of bionics, human physiology, microbiology and organic chemistry. The fermentation system comprises an intestinal flora colonization system, a pH control system, a gas path system, a flow rate control system and a temperature and stirring control system. A fermentation method for simulating a colonic environment is characterized by comprising the three main work contents: control parameter setting, intestinal flora colonization and simulated fermentation. By using the fermentation system for simulating the colon of a human body and a simulated experiment method based on the system, the fermentation process for simulating parts of microorganisms in the colon of the human body under an in-vitro condition is realized.
