Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the field of airplane design, and relates to a seaplane takeoff performance verifying method suitable for pneumatic and hydraulic design of seaplanes, amphibious aircrafts andwater surface high-speed moving bodies. When verifying is performed through the seaplane takeoff performance verifying method and the seaplane is accelerated from a static state to the velocity getting out of water V[GW], a pull rod rises, the seaplane is kept in a pose stable range, when the velocity at loss of feed of water V[LOFW] is reached, the seaplane completely gets out of water but flying close to the water surface, when the V[EFW] is reached, a key engine is stopped, then the decision making velocity V[1W] is reached through acceleration, when the velocity rising from water W[RW] isreached through continuous acceleration, the pull rod rises, the seaplane climbs to a safety height, at the moment, the flying velocity is not smaller than the safety velocity V[2], and then climbingis continued. By means of
