The invention discloses a cup stand capable of ascending and descending. The cup stand comprises a cup stand body, a tray provided with a clamping hook and a first reset spring. The tray is arranged in the cup stand body and can slide vertically relative to the cup stand body. The first reset spring is arranged between the tray and a base of the cup stand body. A locking mechanism capable of beingconnected with the clamping hook in a clamping manner is arranged at the bottom of the cup stand body. A lock rod capable of releasing the clamping hook is arranged at the side portion of the cup stand body.
