The refreshing method of the aged black tea includes the following steps: by artificially spraying an appropriate amount of water tothe aged black tea, humidifying is conducted uniformly, polyphenols in the black tea are oxidized and activated again, profound changes are promoted, thus, the distribution quality of theaflavin and thearubigins is improved, and changes of black tea contents towards quality improving are promoted. Therefore, coloring is improved, a fragrance fresh-and-brisk degree and a mellow-and-sweet taste areimproved, vision and taste requirements of people are well met, and drinking value and healthcare effects of the aged black tea are improved.
