Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a mesoporous sound-absorbing porous ceramic preparation method, which comprises: S1, preparation of ceramic powder: mixing aluminum oxide powder and carbon nano-tubes, adding aliquid ball-milling medium, a solid ball-milling medium and a sintering aid, and carrying out ball milling to obtain a ceramic slurry; S2, granulating: drying the ceramic slurry, and then granulatingthe ceramic powder by adopting a polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution to prepare ceramic powder; S3, molding: carrying out compression molding on the granulated ceramic powder, and drying; and S4, sintering: heating the formed ceramic body to 150-250 DEG C at a speed of 15-25 DEG C/min, heating to 1400-1600 DEG C at a speed of 3-8 DEG C/min, carrying out thermal insulation for 2-5 h, and cooling along with the furnace to obtain the finished product.
