The rotor flying robot comprises an aircraft driving motor, a rotor, a rotor frame, a gravity center adjusting device, an aircraft shell, a landing gear and a flexible operation mechanical arm. The aircraft shell is internally hollow and contains control components of an aircraft. The flexible operation mechanical arm is fixedly connected to the bottomof the shell. The mechanical arm uses motors as a driving power source, and four flexible ropes are used as the transmission medium of the driving force. The extending and contracting of the flexibleropes can be adjusted by controlling different rotation angles of the four motors, an execution mechanism located at the tail end of the flexible mechanical arm reaches the designated point, and thecorresponding work task is completed.
