Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for field calibration of a float-type level meter. According to the method, mechanical traction instead of a float is used to change the displacement of a suspension cable, so as to simulate the change of a water level in a field environment. During calibration, the number of rotations of a coded disc in a level change process is measured by a high-precision rotaryencoder, the perimeter of the coded disc is calculated, and the perimeter is multiplied by the number of rotations to obtain a level change. As length displacement measurement is converted to angulardisplacement measurement, the measurement is precise, and the operation is simple and convenient.
