The invention discloses an elevator operation characteristic diagnosis system. The elevator operation characteristic diagnosis system comprises an elevator operation characteristic diagnosis instrument, an intelligent mobile terminal and a cloud platform. The elevator operation characteristic diagnosis instrument is used for acquiring multi-axle acceleration signals and noise signals of elevators,storing acceleration signal data and noise signal data according to control instructions of the intelligent mobile terminal and sending the acceleration signal data and the noise signal data to the intelligent mobile terminal; the intelligent mobile terminal is used for conveying the acceleration and noise signal data sent by the elevator operation characteristic diagnosis instrument to the cloudplatform; and the cloud platform is used for generating elevator vibration analysis information and elevator noise analysis information according to the data sent by the intelligent mobile terminal and storing and sending the
