Zusammenfassung:A power transmission device comprises: an electromagnet; a rotor; an armature; and a hub (15) that connects the armature to a shaft of a device to be driven. A groove (141) is formed in the armature in the circumferential direction about an axis of rotation. The armature has an internal plate (143) positioned internally with respect to the groove, and an external plate (142) positioned externallywith respect to the groove. The hub is configured to include: an outer hub (16); an inner hub (17) that is connected to the shaft; and a first elastic member (181) that is provided between the inner hub and the outer hub, and causes an elastic force to act on the outer hub in a direction heading away from the rotor. The outer hub has an outer connection part (161) that is positioned opposite the external plate and the internal plate and is connected to the external plate.
