The invention relates to a tool applied to glue drying and curing of a motor rotor. The tool comprises an upper tool die and a lower tool die. The tool upper die comprises an upper pressing plate andan annular lower pressing edge and is provided with a center hole, and upper screw holes evenly distributed along the circumference are formed in the upper pressing plate. The tool lower die is of a sleeve type structure with a bottom, an inner cavity of the tool lower die forms a positioning cavity allowing a rotor assembly to be inserted, and a protruding ring is arranged in the bottom of the tool lower die.
