Zusammenfassung:A manufacturing method of a multi-scale bionic surface structure is manufactured in a metal wire weaving mode and comprises the specific steps of welding a non-smooth surface of a small-size structurethrough metal wires; embedding metal wires into the non-smooth surface to weave the non-smooth surface with a sub-small size structure; repeating the above steps until a preset maximum non-smooth surface structure is reached; and welding the woven non-smooth metal wire woven part or adhering the woven non-smooth metal wire woven part to a mechanical soil touching part by using metal glue to ensure that each metal wire is fixed. According to the method, the manufacturing period can be greatly shortened, and the very excellent bionic non-smooth anti-drag surface is obtained. 一种多尺度仿生表面结构的制造方法,采用金属丝织的方式制造,具体步骤包括:利用金属丝线编织出小尺寸结构的非光滑表面;利用非光滑表面,嵌入金属丝线编织出次小尺寸结构的非光滑表面;重复上述步骤,直至达到预设的最大非光滑表面结构为止;将编织后的非光滑金属丝织件焊接或用金属胶水粘接在机械触土部件上,保证固定住每一根金属丝。本发明可大幅度缩短制造周期,获取十分优异的仿生非光滑减阻表面。
