Zusammenfassung:The present invention discloses a single-phase earth fault locating method for a distribution network based on difference of current fault components of a fault phase and a non-fault phase. When a single-phase earth fault occurs in the distribution network, three-phase current data information of each section is obtained from relevant current data acquisition devices, and a three-phase current fault component of each section is calculated according to the above information; then phase current fault component waveform of each section is treated with a proposed waveform difference calculation method to obtain a difference characteristic quantity of each section; finally faulty upstream and downstream and sound sections are distinguished according to the difference characteristic quantities,and specific fault lines are determined according to a grid topological model. The method is not affected by a system grounding mode and fault conditions, is not restricted to a specific time period and frequency band after t
