The method comprises the following steps of weighing super iron concentrate powder/iron oxide powder with the content larger than 71.5% and an organic binder according to the proportion, mixing in a mixing machine for 30-60 min, pelletizing, sequentially performing preliminary rolling and winding, reducing, rolling and winding for multiple times, and finally sequentially performing secondary sintering, bright heat treatment, finishing and winding, thereby obtaining the thin strip.
