Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a radiation crosslinking poly meth acryl imide foam and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the radiation crosslinking poly meth acryl imide foam comprisesthe following steps of (1) uniformly mixing raw materials, then injecting into a sealed plane mould, and carrying out polymerization reaction at 30 to 60 DEG C; (2) reacting until reaction liquid is solidified, and after becoming a uniform transparent state, warming to 60 to 130 DEG C, and then carrying out post polymerization treatment for 20 to 60h so as to obtain a poly (meth) acryl imide prepolymerization plate; (3) heating and foaming the poly (meth) acryl imide prepolymerization plate at 180 to 260 DEG C, and obtaining a poly (meth) acryl imide foam; and (4) carrying out double-faced radiation treatment on the poly (meth) acryl imide foam under an electron accelerator, and obtaining the crosslinking poly (meth) acryl imide foam.
