Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation method of a carbon-based material, and relates to the technical field of carbon-based materials The preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) soaking Ti3AlC2 precursor powder in 20 wt% of an HF aqueous solution; (2) centrifuging a mixed solution, performing washing with deionized water, and collecting precipitates; (3) dispersing the precipitatesinto a mixed aqueous solution of TBAOH and TEAOH, and carrying out stirring reaction; and (4) reacting the mixed solution in an ultrasonic environment, performing centrifugal separation, and collecting supernatant, namely, synthesized Ti3C2Tx.
