Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an oyster-fruit-compounded solid beverage and a production method thereof. The oyster-fruit-compounded solid beverage is produced from, by weight, 20-30 parts of fresh fruit juice, 30-60 parts of white granulated sugar, 10-30 parts of maltodextrin, 10-20 parts of isomaltitol, 0.1-0.5 part of oyster freeze-dried powder and oyster shell powder, wherein 2-10g oyster shell powder is added for each liter of fresh fruit juice. The oyster-fruit-compounded solid beverage and the production method thereof have the advantages that the fruit juice, containing acidic substances, such as lemon juice, passion fruit juice, mango juice, orange juice and carambola juice is allowed to have reaction with the oyster shell powder to allow calcium carbonate in the oyster shell to turn into natural organic calcium which can be easily absorbed by human bodies, trace elements and organic components in the oyster shell are preserved, auxiliary materials and food additives are added to obtain mixed powder throug
