This coating film comprises: fluorine oil; 1-100 mass% of a fluorine resin with respect to the fluorine oil content; and 1-50 mass% of scaly particles with respect to the fluorine oil content, whereinthe average particle diameter of the scaly particles is 1-100 [mu]m.
