Zusammenfassung:	A machine-tool with three-freedom planar virtual shaft is disclosed. It has a frame structure. A cutting tool leading part, which is a parallel machanism of 2-stage rod group containing three moving sets and with three planar freedoms, is mounted to top end of said frame. A cutting part of cutting tool is mounted to front end of said leading part. A base in the frame has a lifting table with fixture on it. Said leading part and lifting table are linked to control part. Its advantages are 4-axle linkage, high accuracy, high adaptability, and low cost.
