The invention provides a non-aqueous electrolyte. The electrolyte comprises lithium salt and an organic solvent, wherein the lithium salt is a mixture crystal containing lithium hexafluorophosphate; the length-diameter ratio of the mixture crystal is 1 to 1.5; the average particle size of the crystal is 0.15 to 0.4 mm; in more than 90% of the crystals, the crystal face group {110} accounts for 20-80%, and the crystal face group {111} accounts for 20-80%. The mixture crystals further comprise insoluble substances and free acids, and the mass percentage content of lithium hexafluorophosphate inthe mixture crystals is 99.90-99.995%. The organic solvent is a non-aqueous solvent of cyclic carbonate and/or chain carbonate. The non-aqueous electrolyte further comprises an additive, and the additive comprises at least two of lithium difluorophosphate, lithium bis (trifluoromethyl) sulfonimide and fluorocarbonate.
