The inclination measuring device comprises an inclination measuring pipe, the shape sensor and a sliding clamp, wherein the sliding clamp is fixed to the shape sensor through mechanical connection; the shape sensor slides into and is fixed into the inclination measuring pipe through the sliding clamp; the shape sensor comprises a thin-wall steel pipe and strain sensors; arc grooves are formed in the outer surface of the thin-wall steel pipe in the circumferential direction at intervals of 120 degrees; and the strain sensors are glued into the arc grooves in the outer surface of the thin-wall steel pipe at intervals of a certain distance.
