The comprehensiveutilization system comprise a thermodynamic cycle system, an engine and a subsystem thereof; the thermodynamic cycle system converts kinetic energy of an engine crankshaft into heat energy of a heat storage medium through a heat pump cycle according to the specific engine operating conditions and converts the stored heat energy into the kinetic energy of the crankshaft through a heat engine cycleto supplement the engine operating conditions; and the engine and the subsystem thereof are waste heat and complementary energy sources, and engine tail gas flows through a sensible heat-latent heat composite heat storage heat exchanger of the thermodynamic cycle system to store the waste heat.
