The community noise management system comprises a background service management center, a main processor, aplurality of monitoring units and a plurality of shielding units, wherein the background management center is installed in the community service center, the background management center is connectedwith the main processor, the main processor is connected with all the monitoring units and all the shielding units, all the shielding units are installed in community user rooms correspondingly, and all the monitoring units are installed on squares and/or greenbelts in the community and other open sites.
