The invention discloses a recycling method of molybdenum-contained residual liquid in POMTBE prepared by a peroxidation method. The recycling method is characterized by comprising the steps that (1) the molybdenum-contained residual liquid is roughly separated by a centrifugal separator before entering a raw material storage tank; solid materials are firstly separated; the separated residual liquid is conveyed into a molecular still; and the solid materials enter a mixing kettle; (2) in a high-vacuum state, the molecular still separates light and heavy component materials; the light componentmaterials are taken out from the top to enter a nanoparticle separator; and the heavy component materials are taken out from the bottom to enter the mixing kettle; (3) the nanoparticle separator finely separates solids from liquid; the separated liquid enters a distillation reactor; and the solids enter the mixing kettle; and (4) the mixing kettle feeds the mixtures into a high-temperature oxidation reactor to recover mol
