Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a hydroxylated graphene reinforced epoxy adhesive preparation method, wherein the components comprise, by weight, 0.01-5 parts of hydroxylated graphene, 60-80 parts of an epoxyresin, 5-10 parts of an epoxy resin diluent, 0.1-5 parts of an epoxy resin toughening agent, 0.1-5 parts of an epoxy resin accelerator and 10-20 parts of an epoxy resin curing agent. The preparation method comprises: uniformly stirring hydroxylated graphene, an epoxy resin, an epoxy resin diluent and an epoxy resin toughening agent, and mixing an epoxy resin curing agent and an epoxy resin accelerator to obtain the hydroxylated graphene epoxy resin adhesive. According to the invention, the hydroxylated graphene epoxy resin adhesive has advantages of high bonding strength, tight contact with metal parts, high heat-conducting property and the like, wherein especially the heat-conducting property is improved to 0.6-1.0 (W.m.k) from original 0.2 (W.m.k), and the electrical resistivity is 10 ohm cm, so |
