The tray body is an injection molding piece; the positioning piece is arranged on the tray body; a holding tank is arranged on the positioning piece; the tray body and the positioning piece are integrally injection-molded; a high-temperature-resistant thin film covers the chip; and the chip is arranged in the holding tank and is used for positioning and counting the tray body.
