Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a novel high-medium pressure compound bag and a manufacture method thereof. The bag includes a sealed liner and a pressure bearing sleeve, wherein the exterior of the sealed liner is sleeved by the pressure bearing sleeve, the exterior of the pressure bearing sleeve is coated with a coating, the whole pressure-bearing capacity of the bag is increased through the structure design, and the pressure of the bag is 5-10 times that of the working pressure of an existing commercial bag; according to the pressure bearing sleeve, high-strength woven fabric with a single-sided PVC coating or double-sided glue spreading is selected, and the sleeve is formed through quilting; the strength of the fabric and the friction between threads can be increased through the coating or glue spreading treatment, so that edges can be prevented from spreading during cutting, and meanwhile good operability is achieved in the quilting process; after sealing treatment is performed on quiltedthreads of the pressure
