The method comprises the three main steps that A, a velocityestimation interval is divided according to radar parameters, a target apparent velocity and a first threshold, and possible velocity matrixes are screened out; B, screening is performed on the possible velocity matrixes according to a second threshold, and velocity matrixes about to judge authenticity are obtained; and C, velocity difference screening is performed on the velocity matrixes about to judge authenticity, pseudo-velocities are eliminated, and target real velocity matrixes arranged according to the descending order of confidence are obtained.
