Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of glutamic acid sensing electrode fabrication, in particular to a method for fabricating a glutamic acid sensing electrode with a wide detection linear range. The method for fabricating the glutamic acid sensing electrode with the wide detection linear range comprises the steps of (1) dissolving FeCl3, K3[Fe(CN)6] in 50mL solution comprising HCl and KCl; (2) introducing argon to the solution obtained in the step (1) for 8-12 minutes; (3) grinding and polishing a bare glassy carbon electrode with aluminum oxide powder to obtain a mirror-surface glassy carbonelectrode; (4) placing the electrode obtained in the step (3) in the solution obtained in the step (2) under a condition of +400mV; (5) activating the electrode obtained in the step (4) by taking thesolution comprising HCl and KCL as an electrolyte; (6) drying the electrode obtained in the step (5) for 55-65 minutes at 100-110 DEG C, and cooling the electrode to a room temperature; and (7) mixingL-glutamate oxidase and a |
