Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for determining five mineral elements of potassium, sodium, magnesium, iron and zinc in artificial tiger bone powder. Compared with a traditional wet digestion method,a dry ashing method for treating an artificial tiger bone powder sample has the advantages that the sample treatment amount is large, errors are reduced, only a small amount of nitric acid is used asa treatment solvent, the use of perchloric acid in the conventional method is avoided, the potential risk in the test process is reduced, and meanwhile, the possibility of pollution of other reagentsis avoided; and the instrument is simple and convenient to operate, good in reproducibility and low in cost, and can meet the requirements of quickly and accurately determining mineral elements in theartificial tiger bone powder. The content of mineral elements in the artificial tiger bone powder can be simply, quickly and accurately detected, so that a basis is provided for quality standard improvement and clinical applica |
