The chromosome karyotype analysis method comprises the following steps: material taking: collecting the young leaf of the Cinnamomum Kanehirae Hay in the sunny morning; pretreatment: placing the young leaf into a saturated p-xylene solution for pretreatment; fixation and storage; chromosome specimen preparation: using an enzymatic wall degradation hypotonic method, and subjecting to fixation, front hypotonic treatment, enzymolysis, rear hypotonic treatment and smearing to obtain a relatively good chromosome sample; staining: carrying out Giemsa staining; and microscopic examination.
