The extraction method includes the steps of: freezing and high-temperature pretreatment, normal-temperature ultrahigh-pressure extraction, clarification with a ZTC-II type clarifying agent, purification by a 10-micron C18 preparation column, concentration, drying and the like. Through freezing and high-temperature treatment and normal-temperature ultrahigh-pressure treatment, the method reduces damage to natural active ingredients of mogroside V, the purity of the extracted mogroside V reaches 99.9%, meanwhile, compared with the traditional heating reflux extraction method, the method remarkably improves the extraction efficiency, shortens the extraction time, also saves energy consumption, and realizes continuous large-scale production. 本发明提供一种高纯度罗汉果苷V的提取方法,其包括如下步骤:冷冻高温预处理、常温超高压提取、ZTC-II型澄清剂澄清、10微米C制备柱纯化、浓缩与干燥等。本发明通过冷冻高温处理、常温超高压处理,减少对罗汉果甜苷V天然活性成分的破坏、提取甜苷V纯度高达99.9%,同时与传统的加热回流提取方法比较,显著提升提取效率,缩短提取时间,而且也节约能耗,实现连续化规模化生产。
