Method for refining tedizolid phosphate

The invention discloses a refining method of tedizolid phosphate. The method comprises the following steps of: mixing purified water with a crude product of tedizolid phosphate, adding an anti-degradation agent, adding an alkali solution, and adjusting the pH value to 7-9; adding activated carbon for decolorization, and filtering to obtain a sodium tedizolid phosphate solution; adding the sodium tedizolid phosphate solution into tetrahydrofuran, controlling temperature, stirring, and filtering to obtain a solid; adding the solid into purified water, stirring to dissolve the solid, and adjusting pH to 6.0-7.0 with glacial acetic acid; decolorizing with activated carbon and filtering; adding filtrate into tetrahydrofuran, adding anhydrous citric acid to adjust pH to 2-3, and crystallizing; filtering, washing and drying the filter cake to obtain the final product tedizolid phosphate.
